Mills & Reeve have introduced the Microsoft Office Specialist Programme as part of their learning and development strategy for IT skills for secretarial and business service personnel.

Platinum worked with Mills & Reeve over the summer to develop and support their IT Training team towards setting up their internal MOS Testing Centre for the Cambridge, Norwich and Birmingham offices.

The programme delivered by Platinum provided the training team with a skills check and individual study plan for each of the Microsoft Office applications.  They also received  a comprehensive revision and support session, mock assessment and examination.

Finally, Platinum ran a Master Instructor day which was fundamental in assising the team with planning their MOS strategy and learning how to support their delegates through the certification programme.

All five of the trainers were successful in achieving their MOS Master Instructor status.
