Springboard

Winner of the  prestigious National Training Award, given by the UK government in recognition of ‘quality and excellence’ in training and also the Lady Platt Award, given for innovation in Equal Opportunities training.


Springboard® has been implemented in 100's of organisations in the UK and has been introduced into many countries throughout the world where it has been received with enthusiasm.


The Programme is run through 4 x one day workshops spread over a 3 month period. In addition a workbook is provided for participants to work through in their own time.


It is a personal and work development programme and although there is an emphasis on the world of paid employment, each woman sets her own agenda.


It encourages women employees to give more and get more from their work whilst at the same time placing responsibility for personal development into the hands of each individual.
